DX UV Purification System Light Module

DX UV Module is mounted above the air conditioning evaporator cooling coil to eliminate and prevent bacterial and mould growth from developing on the cooling coil surface, in the drip pan and in the supply air ducting. It prevents the air passing over the coil area from picking up microbial contamination and re-introducing it into the home. Microbial sludge buildup within the drip pan may result in odours and can cause the pan drain to clog up allowing water to overflow down into the furnace, resulting in costly repairs.

With the DX UV Module, coil cleaning is continuous and environmentally safe. The germicidal UV-C light attacks the DNA of the microorganism, rendering it sterile so that it cannot reproduce. A clean cooling coil runs more efficiently and results in energy savings, reduced maintenance costs and most importantly… a healthy home.
